Instructions
  1. Melt butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients except the chicken into butter/brown sugar mix. Stir well.
  3. Pour over chicken and marinade in fridge for 1 to 8 hours.
  4. Bake in a single layer at 200C until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with rice and Garnish with a sprinkling of chilli, coriander and spring onions.
