Chicken Breast

brown sugar

Jalapeno Pepper
Or any other chilli

Ginger Powder

garlic powder

light soy sauce

Pineapple Chunks
Handful coriander

spring onions
Rice
Instructions
Melt butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
Add all ingredients except the chicken into butter/brown sugar mix. Stir well.
Pour over chicken and marinade in fridge for 1 to 8 hours.
Bake in a single layer at 200C until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice and Garnish with a sprinkling of chilli, coriander and spring onions.
