In a small pan, heat the marmalade, orange juice, ginger and hoisin sauce, stirring until the marmalade has dissolved. Then bring just to the boil and cook for a minute to thicken slightly. Season to taste.
Rub 4 of the pork steaks with a little oil, season and cook under a medium grill for 5-6 minutes each side.
Put the cooked pork on plates and pour on the sauce. Serve with boiled new potatoes and broccoli.
