Ingredients
- 300 g egg linguine
- 170 g crab meat
- 2 red chillies finely chopped
- 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
- 30 g parsley roughly chopped
- 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
- Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the chillies and garlic and stir for 1 minute, then add the crab meat and parsley and heat through gently for 2 minutes.
- Drain the linguine and add to the frying pan and toss together, adding some extra olive oil if required. Serve immediately.
