Flaming Hot Grimmster Reaper Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Carolina reaper chillies
- 2 Scotch Bonnet chillies
- 2 Naga Bhut Jolokias chillies
- Handful bullet chillies
- 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
- 6 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 stick of lemongrass chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 onion chopped
- 5 cm piece of ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Half of pineapple chopped
- Small drop 9 million SHU chilli extract
- 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar

- In a large sauce pan over medium-high heat, combine chilli, tomatoes, ginger garlic, onion, pineapple, lemon grass, lemon juice, paprika and salt; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in water, and cook for 20 minutes, or until the ingredients are soft. Stir frequently. Add a small drop of the chilli extract, (This is extremely hot avoid skin contact and wear gloves) Remove from heat, and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender, and puree until smooth. Pour in vinegar and sugar; blend until mixed. Keep refrigerated Perfect for chicken wings or to add a little kick to a dish.
